Our school, for the 26-27 school year, will have minimal spots in 7th - 9th grade and a full grade of seats (~80) in 6th grade. Any student in Hamilton County, regardless of school zone, in grades 6th - 9th in the 2026-2027 school year are eligible to apply.

Our lottery is a full blind lottery conducted on December 15th at the close of the priority application period. The only priorities we place on our admissions are for siblings of current students and children of current employees. After January 1st, remaining seats are filled on a first come, first serve basis.

Yes! We love for families to come see our school in action. We give tours between 9:00 and 11:00 am on Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout the school year. We can also schedule tours by appointment if those times do not fit your family’s schedule!

As a full public school, we offer transportation and a full nutrition program. We offer neighborhood based bus routes, but not door to door service. All of our students eat breakfast and lunch for free!

As a public school, we teach all TN Grade Level Standards. Our approach, though, is innovative. We use a combination of a problem & place based approach to increase relevance, and we layer on our bilingual learning environment to increase access and challenge.
